Founded initially as part of Arvato CRM, Majorel Romania established its first site in June 2010 in Brasov. We started with a team of 28 people. At present, we have grown exponentially to over 2000 employees with a strong footprint in four cities: Brasov, Bucharest, Sibiu, and Cluj-Napoca.
Our services include customer care, inbound, outbound, email and chat services, back office financial activities, technical support, pre, and post-sales, as well as sales campaigns.
